You’re charged $179 every 4 weeks automatically to your card on file. You’ll receive 5 bathhouse sessions each cycle – around $36 a visit. Simple, predictable, no surprises.
Unused sessions roll over to your next billing cycle while your membership is active. They don’t expire as long as you remain a member.
Yes. Once each 4-week cycle you can use one of your 5 bathhouse sessions as a weekday guest pass and bring a friend in the same booking as you. It uses one of your sessions for that cycle, but it’s a great way to share the bathhouse with someone you love.

Yes. There’s no lock-in contract. Simply give us 7 days written notice before your next billing date. You’ll have a 7-day grace period to use any remaining credits.
Yes. You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 14 days, up to 4 weeks per freeze. Maximum 8 weeks total per 12 months. Perfect if you’re travelling or need a break.
When you join, you’ll receive a member code to use when booking. It automatically applies your discounts at checkout – no need to ask or remember anything. Just book, and your pricing kicks in.
Each session gives you full access to our bathhouse – a Finnish sauna paired with hot and cold mineral spas. You’ll also enjoy filtered water and herbal tea to keep you hydrated throughout your visit. Everything you need to slow down and reset.
Calm Club has two parts: the core membership and the extra perks.

Your core membership is:
  • 5 bathhouse sessions to use every 4 weeks
  • Rollover on unused sessions while your membership is active
  • $179 billed every 4 weeks
  • Month‑to‑month with 7 days’ notice to cancel
These core pieces are what you’re signing up for and we don’t change them lightly.

On top of that, we add member benefits and perks, like:
  • Discounts on floats, infrared, massage, events and products
  • The weekday bring‑a‑friend visit
  • Occasional member‑only specials or bonuses
These perks are designed to give you extra value and may be updated from time to time (for example, we might adjust discount amounts or swap in new offers). If we make any meaningful changes to member benefits, we’ll always let you know by email in advance, and we aim to make changes that keep or increase the overall value of being in Calm Club.
