Vouchers are emailed the moment payment is confirmed. You can send it straight to the recipient or to yourself to print and gift in person.
The service credit is valid for three months with the purchase price valid for 3 years. They have plenty of time to book in when it suits them best.
Yes. If you’d prefer something to physically hand over, drop into our Umina Beach location and you can pick up a gift card.
Absolutely. If they’d prefer a different service, they can swap, top up the difference or use the value across multiple bookings. We want them to enjoy whatever feels right.
Vouchers are non-refundable but fully transferable. They can be passed on to a friend, family member or partner at any time within the 3-year validity window.
They’ll find a unique voucher code on the gift card. They simply book online via our website and enter the code at checkout, or call us and we’ll find a time that suits.
No. If the gift card contains multiple services, they’re welcome to enjoy them across separate visits.
